Welcome to VideAI. By downloading, accessing, or using the VideAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

VideAI is an AI-powered video application that allows users to:

  • Generate videos using artificial intelligence models
  • Convert video aspect ratios (e.g., vertical ↔ horizontal)
  • Enhance and upscale video quality
  • Receive social-media-ready video outputs through an automated flow

VideAI does not guarantee specific artistic or commercial results.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use VideAI.
  • By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use VideAI for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Generate or upload content that is:
    • Violent, hateful, pornographic, or exploitative
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights
    • Misleading or fraudulent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the App or its AI systems

You are solely responsible for the content you generate or upload.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos generated by VideAI are produced using third-party or proprietary AI models.

Generated content may be:

  • Inaccurate
  • Incomplete
  • Visually inconsistent

VideAI does not guarantee originality or uniqueness of generated videos.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before publishing or commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The VideAI App, branding, design, and software are owned by VideAI.
  • You retain ownership of the content you upload.
  • You are granted the right to use AI-generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • VideAI does not claim ownership over user-generated or AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment.
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Refunds are subject to the platform’s refund policies.
  • VideAI may change pricing or plans at any time.

7. Service Availability

VideAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free performance
  • Continuous availability of specific AI models

Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideAI shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or content
  • Misuse of generated videos

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VideAI if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
