Terms of Service (Kullanım Koşulları)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the EchoReverse mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EchoReverse is an audio recording and reversing application that allows users to:

  • Record audio using their device's microphone
  • Reverse audio playback with various effects (chipmunk, echo, robot, whisper, monster, slowmo, double speed)
  • Export recordings in HD quality
  • Participate in pronunciation challenge modes using speech recognition

3. User Accounts and Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.

4. Subscription and In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscription Plans

EchoReverse Pro offers the following subscription options:

  • Weekly Subscription: Auto-renewing weekly subscription
  • Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
  • Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing annual subscription
  • Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent access

4.2 Payment

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purposes
  • Record or reverse audio that infringes on others' privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload or share any malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AIFlowApps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Audio Recordings

  • Local Storage: All audio recordings are stored locally on your device.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any audio you record using the App.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of your recordings and how you share them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFLOWAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Personal injury

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIFlowApps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
