Welcome to ASOGenie. By downloading, accessing, or using the ASOGenie mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ASOGenie is an AI-powered App Store Optimization (ASO) platform that allows users to:

  • Upload app screenshots and detailed descriptions
  • Specify target countries and keywords for optimization
  • Generate store-ready visuals for App Store and Google Play
  • Create localized metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords) in multiple languages
  • Export assets in platform-specific formats

ASOGenie does not guarantee specific ranking or download improvements.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use ASOGenie.
  • By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use ASOGenie for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Upload or generate content that is:
    • Violating app store guidelines
    • Infringing on intellectual property rights
    • Misleading or fraudulent
    • Containing prohibited or adult content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the App or its AI systems
  • Use generated content for apps you do not own or have rights to

You are solely responsible for the content you generate or upload and ensuring compliance with App Store and Google Play policies.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Screenshots, metadata, and localizations generated by ASOGenie are produced using AI models.

Generated content may:

  • Require manual review and adjustments
  • Contain translation inaccuracies
  • Not perfectly match your brand guidelines

ASOGenie does not guarantee:

  • Improved app store rankings
  • Increased downloads or conversions
  • Approval by App Store or Google Play review teams

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The ASOGenie App, branding, design, and software are owned by ASOGenie.
  • You retain ownership of the screenshots and content you upload.
  • You are granted the right to use AI-generated assets for your app store listings.
  • ASOGenie does not claim ownership over user-uploaded or AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment.
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policies.
  • ASOGenie may change pricing or plans at any time.

7. Service Availability

ASOGenie is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free performance
  • Continuous availability of all supported languages

Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOGenie shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or app store rankings
  • Rejection of app submissions by app stores
  • Translation errors or cultural misinterpretations

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ASOGenie if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
